Do you really come to my location?
Yes — we're a fully mobile operation. Home driveway, work car park, supermarket, roadside — wherever the vehicle is, within Wellington City, Porirua, Lower Hutt or Upper Hutt, we'll come to you.
How much does a callout cost?
We provide transparent, free quotes before any work starts. Pricing depends on the fault, but you'll never be hit with surprise charges — we'll always confirm with you before proceeding with parts or repairs.
Can you fix my car the same day?
Most diagnostic and common repairs are completed on-site in a single visit. For specialist parts we may need to order in, but for things like batteries, alternators, starters, wiring and lighting, we usually finish the job in one go.
What vehicles do you work on?
All makes and models — petrol, diesel, hybrid, and modern vehicles with complex electronics. We also service light commercial vehicles, 4WDs, trailers, caravans and small marine craft.
What are your hours?
We're available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. For urgent breakdowns during the day we'll always do our best to prioritise a same-day callout and get you sorted as quickly as we can.
