Overview

A flat battery is rarely just a flat battery. It might be the battery itself, a failing alternator, parasitic drain from an accessory, corroded terminals, or a wiring fault. Replacing the battery without diagnosing the real issue just kicks the can down the road.

Our process

We test the battery itself, then the charging system, then the parasitic drain — in that order — because the real cause could be any of them. If it's a battery, we'll fit a quality replacement on-site, register it with the vehicle if needed (modern cars require this), and clean up the terminals and connections properly.
